Automatic Renewal Disclosure

Memberships to our rewards program auto-renew each billing cycle until canceled.

Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate your membership for:

  • Non-payment
  • Violations of these Terms

Prepaid fees are non-refundable.

 

 

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the membership fees you paid in the prior 3 months before a claim arose

 

 

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
