At Momentis, every photograph and frame is custom-assembled to order. As such, all sales are final once an order is confirmed.
We accept returns or issue replacements only in the case of:
Items damaged in transit,
Incorrect products received, or
Defects in materials or printing.
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at support@momentisimages.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will arrange a prompt replacement at no additional cost.
Refunds are not available for change of mind or customer error (e.g., incorrect size or color selection)
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
