Cancellation policy

This Cancellation Policy applies to subscription purchases made from Decoris LLC (trading as "Momentis,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Our goal is to make your experience simple and flexible while maintaining fairness for all subscribers.

 


 

Cancellation

You may cancel at any time
Cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle
You will continue to receive any prints already included in that cycle

 


 

Auto-Renewal Disclosure 

By selecting the optional myMOMENTIS rewards membership, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis until canceled.

You will receive:

  • Advance notice (minimum 30 days) of any pricing changes
  • Notification of any material updates to these cancellation terms

Continued subscription after notice constitutes acceptance of such changes.

 


 

How to Cancel

You may cancel your membership:

  •  By logging into your customer account and selecting Manage Subscription, or
  • By emailing us at support@momentisimages.com

To avoid renewal charges, cancellations should be submitted at least 3 business days prior to your next billing date.

 


 

Effect of Cancellation

Upon cancellation:

  • Your Membership will stop renewing after the current billing cycle
  • No refunds are issued for partial months or unused time

 


 

Failed Payments

If your payment method fails:

  • A notification will be sent to update your payment method
  • We may retry billing attempts as permitted by our payment processor
  • Continued non-payment may result in suspension or termination of your subscription

Any outstanding balance remains due.

 


 

Other Purchases

Pre-orders, promotional offers, or one-time purchases are subject to our Terms of Service and Return Policy.
