At Momentis, every photograph and frame is custom-assembled to order, ensuring the highest quality and care in packaging and delivery.
Shipping Area
We currently ship only within the continental United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or international destinations at this time.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 7–10 business days after payment confirmation. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information.
Shipping Methods and Delivery
We use trusted carriers to ensure safe and timely delivery. Standard shipping typically takes 3–7 business days, depending on your location.
Expedited options are not currently available.
Damaged or Lost Shipments and Returns
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at support@momentisimages.com within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date).
Please include your order number and photos of any damage so we can quickly resolve the issue with a replacement or credit.
Returns for reasons other than damage or defect are not accepted, as each piece is uniquely assembled for you.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Momentis/Decoris LLC cannot be responsible for delays or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
